The Live Internet Training allowed me to see wider security issues and the full importace of corporate security policies. I recently passed MU120 as part of my degree course for the open university(unfortunately no score was given for this course as it is a refresher course for those entering into a degree in Computing and mathematical science), as well as studying for tma05 (ok so I didn't pass this first time) and my grades for my A+ course are pretty high considering the fact that I am studying two courses at once. I have also recently built a new computer for my GodDaughter and put her on my network as well, as regularly helping my friends and family with thier own computer related problems. I never attended this session live, but watched the recording. I have to say I am very impressed and how easy it was to follow and how simple it was made to understand. I am about to carry on watching the other sessions and looking forward to it. Thank you, and am grateful for these sessions. I found the live classroom setup procedure easy to understand and implement on my computer. Attending the online classroom was easy to enter to. The subject was a bit confusing and hard to understand as I have not yet reached this stage within my course. Very good idea and will attend further sessions. I lost nothing and had much to gain. Thank you. After several years of being unemployed due to serious back problems and several operations, I decided life couldn`t get any worse. This course had made me a better and more intelligent person. I look at life in a more professional way now. As of late, I've devoted so much time into my studying, putting my personal life temporarily on hold, and resulting in completing the first part of my course and making good progress in the second part. Every assignment has been marked with full marks which has more than exceeded my expectations. it just goes to show, if you can find the time for your studying, your results could be more than what you expected. I've just completed the 2nd assignment for the A+ part b teaching all about notebooks. my nephew has had a problem with his lap-top for some time now but I didn't know what to do about it as I don't have one. thanks to that assignment, I've managed to reboot his notebook completely, re-installing windows and all of the device drivers he had with it returning it to its original state. he told me to say: CHEERS SkillsTrain!! I am on a pc master course and on my last folder, I have had to live with schizophreuia since I was nineteen and at first it ripped my life apart because your mind turns people like family and friends against you. only over the last four years have I started to understand my mind and start to plan a future in computers, just only last week I brought my sisters pc to my house, when you started up it would say bad disk error, with the masters course I was able to see the problem and start to elliminate possibles. the hard drive was`nt working and booting up windows xp home, I checked the pc with a hard drive with a working platfrom < xp > just to check the mother board and it worked, then I used a erd disk to check the xp home hard drive disk for errors and with in a hour I had the pc running and on defrag program to test the reliability of the platform, I said to my sister that she would need to get a new hard drive some time soon, she has a family to feed first. I was gald to at least prolong the life of her pc, and I said I would install her old files and platform on the new hard drive, when she can afford one. Since joining skillstrain I have COMPLETED my CompTIA A+ and since this has happened I have had few interviews. I am very much looking forward to passing my N+ and my CCNA with skillstrain!!, I never thought in my life time I'd be motivated to study, but it hapened becouse of Skills Train and it's training programme. I hope I can say goodbye to my "dead end" job as a shop worker ASAP. Thanks Very informative and really helped me grasp masks and subnetting. I got all the questions right except no.2
